Passive Backplanes
Systems built with Passive Backplanes give added flexibility in both configuration and ease of maintenance. Users first need to identify what additional I/O boards they plan to fit into the system (ISA and/or PCI) and how many boards before selecting which backplane best suits their requirement before selecting the chassis and cpu board they need.
